This was my third illustration for the National Science Teacher’s Association’s journal, Science and Children. I created the illustration to accompany Margarita Engle’s “Leafy Possibilities” poem in the “The Poetry of Science” column.
She wrote the poem about the benefits of planting trees and how a simple seed can become an amazing tree.
