New Changes on the Way
With the publication of my latest book, A Tale of Two Squirrels, I have been working on improving visiblity to my audience. This includes updating my website, starting a professional Facebook page, and linking all of my other social sites together. This is anything but easy, so don’t be surprised to see comments like, “@*%&#/%!”.
I am in the process of switching website host to allow for more flexability. That means transfering domain names, data, blogs, etc. I would just like the transition to go more smoothly.
I spent many hours choosing a site template and trying to customize it, only to find out I am not good with HTML…@/%**%/.I used to know some DOS and Fortran, but I think those languages are “out of fashion” or at least gone with the days of the floppy disc. Facebook was easier to setup. I already had a personal account and simply had to add professional one to it. Of course, now I need to link that to my website…&*%&#**%@! Then I had to link my other social sites…Ugh! That wasn’t too bad after following the previous steps for Facebook.
By the way, if you want to know why I do not have a Twitter account, it is because I don’t feel like setting up another social site. I feel that you can have too many social sites, and I never could grasp that whole hash-tag thing.
If all goes well, I can perform a few steps and update everything at the same time. If it doesn’t, %&@%#*%&%!
